Refund policy

14-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

We accept eligible return and exchange requests made within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of training/wear
  • Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Size exchanges are accepted within the 14-day return window, subject to product availability.

Because some Hidden Fightwear releases may have limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that your requested replacement size will be available.

To request an exchange, contact spencer@hiddenfightwear.com with your order number and the size you would like.

RETURN SHIPPING

For standard returns and size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us before returning the item. If we determine that the issue was our error, Hidden Fightwear will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at spencer@hiddenfightwear.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the issue and work with you toward a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for standard customer-initiated returns.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
